Coach North
Ever since Josh was a young kid, he had a strong passion to compete in endurance sports. This includes competing in running, cross country skiing, mountain biking, road racing, cyclocross and triathlons just to name a few. He is excited to bring the lessons and experiences to his clients and help young aspiring athletes reach their goals.

For over 20 years, Josh has studied the art of endurance training and built training plans to meet his personal fitness goals. He has also been fortunate enough to receive top level coaching from top US Olympic Developmental and College Programs (XC Running and Nordic Skiing). Josh was a top contributor to the UW-Green Bay Nordic Ski team in the early 2000's, has finished in the top 100 in the American Birkenbiener Ski Marathon as recent as 2019 and completed marathons, 12hr mtn bike races and 1/2 Ironman triathlons throughout his endurance career.

While he remains committed to a healthy lifestyle today, his focus on building training plans shifted to his son when he expressed interest in running in 7th grade. Through his son's dedication to be at his best and follow a carefully tailored training plan, he has shown continuous improvement from one season to the next.
These are the type of improvements Josh is excited to share with each of his clients!

Josh has run a number of athlete training camps and currently volunteers as the head Track and Field coach for a local Middle School. He is a UESCA Certified Running Coach.
