Working with your Athletes

I understand that having an outside coach work with your athletes could be a stressful situation. This is why I work with the athlete to understand the coaches expectations and offseason training guidelines. The goal for NorthStar Endurance is to bring the athlete as conditioned and prepared as possible to your first practice of the season. This doesn't necessarily mean setting PR's the first week of practice but rather prepared to compete at their very best when it matters most.
It is not my goal to bring short-term success at the cost of consistent, long-term gains. There are no short cuts with endurance sports training. The work must be put in and it needs to be done consistently over a long period of time. I will monitor the athlete's training closely to assure they are properly trained and prepared for the season to start.

If you have an athlete in the Northstar Endurance program, you will receive a weekly Enduralytics report summarizing the athlete's training progress.
